Every business offers it’s own unique set of challenges. I don’t take a cookie-cutter approach with my strategies. I take the time to dig in and really understand how your business operates, what's eating your time, and where you're losing money. I will help you optimize the things that will make a real, positive difference for your business
Whether it’s filling rooms without paying booking platform fees, getting locals in on slow nights, or finally automating the stuff that eats up your afternoons… any business will benefit from the strategic use of the proper software, automating repetitive tasks, and thoughtful use of AI.

From building roadmaps and optimizing your online presence to creating systems that work together seamlessly, I focus on practical tools that save time and increase revenue—and I train your team to use them confidently
-
You don't need to do everything at once—you need to know what to do first. I help you create a clear plan for using technology effectively in your business, prioritizing what will actually move the needle. No overwhelming tech overhauls, just a sensible roadmap that fits your budget and timeline.
-
Getting found online doesn't require paying for ads. I optimize your website, Google Business Profile, and social presence so people actually find you when they search. This is free traffic that keeps working long after we set it up—tourists planning trips and locals looking for services.
-
Whether it's visitors planning their coast trip or locals deciding where to eat Tuesday night, I help you show up when it matters. From Google My Business to email campaigns to review management—the practical stuff that gets people through your door.
-
Sometimes off-the-shelf software just doesn't fit how your business works. I build custom solutions tailored to your specific needs—booking systems, inventory tools, calculators, whatever solves your particular problem. Yes, it can be done affordably.
-
Stop doing manually what technology can handle automatically. I set up intelligent systems to handle repetitive tasks—booking confirmations, follow-up emails, review requests, content creation, customer service responses. Your time is better spent running your business.
-
Most businesses have 5-10 different tools that don't talk to each other. I design "stacks" of software that work together seamlessly—so information flows automatically between your booking system, email platform, accounting software, and whatever else you use. No more double-entry or copy-pasting.
-
I don't just set things up and disappear. I teach you and your team how to use these tools at your own pace, at your skill level. No tech jargon, no overwhelming information dumps—just what you need to know to keep things running. And only what actually works for you.
Meet Richard
I’ve spent my career designing and building things — whether it’s a home, a restaurant, or a global manufacturing company. My background crosses architecture, hospitality, and product development, but the common thread has always been the same: turning ideas into clear, reliable systems that actually get results.
I started in architecture at RGArchitecture, where every project taught me how to balance vision with structure: translating ideas into environments people could live and work in. That same mindset carried into the restaurant world, where I designed and operated successful hospitality concepts that blended community, experience, and efficient back-end operations.
Today, I lead operations and strategy at Prototype Global, a product development and manufacturing firm that helps apparel brands go from concept to production. My focus is on integrating technology, process design, and marketing into one seamless system.
At heart, I’m a builder — not just of products or businesses, but of frameworks that make creativity work. I help teams find clarity, automate the noise, and focus on what actually moves the needle.

Rush availability for urgent needs (same hourly rate, no surcharge—but I can't always guarantee immediate availability)
Retainer vs. Hourly: How to Choose
Choose hourly if:
You have a specific project or question
Your needs are sporadic and unpredictable
You want to test working together first
You're handling most tech yourself but need expert guidance occasionally
Choose retainer if:
You have ongoing tech needs most months
You want priority response times
You value having someone who deeply understands your business
The monthly discount (10-20% vs. hourly) adds up quickly
Not sure? Start hourly. After a few months, we'll both know if a retainer makes sense. I'll let you know when I think you're spending enough that the retainer discount would benefit you—no pressure, just math.
First Session Discount
New clients get the first 2 hours at $100/hour
Let's get acquainted without a big commitment. We'll review your current situation, identify quick wins, and you'll get a sense of how I work. If it's a good fit, great. If not, you got valuable insights at a fair price.
